We build and host websites for contractors and trade businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we will and will not do with it.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account and business details — your name, email address, phone number, business name, service area, license number, hours, and the services you offer.
- Uploads — logos, job photos, crew photos, and customer reviews you choose to add to your website.
- Support and chat messages — what you send us through our chat widget, email, or phone.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only a customer reference, the plan you're on, and your billing status.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages viewed and actions taken on yourpipelinepro.com and app.yourpipelinepro.com, through Google Analytics 4.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and device, collected in normal server logs and used for security and troubleshooting.
Information from your website's visitors
When someone submits the lead form on a website we built for you, we receive their name, phone number, email, and what they wrote. That information belongs to you. We pass it to you and store it so it appears in your dashboard. We do not market to your customers, sell their information, or use it for anything other than delivering it to you.
Mobile information and SMS
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services — such as our messaging and customer service providers — is permitted solely to deliver the service you asked for.
All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your account and about leads submitted through your website. Message frequency varies with your lead volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of lead notifications does not cancel your subscription.
How we use your information
- To build, publish and host your website.
- To send you the leads your website generates, by email or text.
- To sign you in — our sign-in links are sent to your email address.
- To take payment and manage your subscription.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To understand how the product is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell or rent your customers' information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that make the product work:
- Cloudflare — hosting, storage and domain services.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email such as sign-in links and notifications.
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) — chat, CRM and SMS delivery.
- Google Analytics — usage measurement on our own marketing site and app.
We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your progress in the site builder, and measure traffic through Google Analytics 4. You can block cookies in your browser, though the site builder needs them to save your answers.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and website content while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we're required to keep records for tax or legal reasons.
Security
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections. We use passwordless sign-in links rather than storing passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we don't collect more than we need, and we don't keep card numbers at all.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and we'll tell you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.
- Cancel your subscription at any time; your data goes with you.

Children
This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top, and we'll tell you directly if the change is significant.
